The winner was Phurba Tamang, a Nepalese runner who completed the race in three hours, 41 minutes and 31 seconds — just 11 seconds slower than his winning time two years ago.
This is incredible. He ran from Gorak Shep to Namche Bazaar in less than 4 hours! And it’s not all downhill. There’s plenty of uphill from Lobuche to Periche and from Punki Tengka to Namche. Congratulations to all who completed it.
