Online travel agent Zuji has been suspended from issuing airline tickets through the International Air Transport Association’s (Iata) centralised airline ticket billing service after it failed to pay up for tickets it sold to customers.
I’ve been using Zuji for a number of years now and generally, they didn’t give me much problems except on one trip to Australia when they billed me twice. The last time I booked my tickets with Zuji was in September this year – a ticket to Xiamen and a return ticket from Fuzhou. No problems whatsoever. This shows that trouble can strike any time. There is no way to be vigilant about it. Even a company with some history like Zuji can screw things up suddenly.
